EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ricketa, a proud Memphis, TN native, moved to Charlotte in 2015, bringing her southern charm and passion for service with her. She holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Jackson State University and an MBA from Webster University. As a Change Management Program Manager in the financial services industry, Ricketa applies her skills in planning and communication to implement impactful technology solutions.
Ricketa is dedicated to giving back to her community. She serves as Executive Director of Flo Charlotte, championing the organization’s mission to empower and uplift women and girls. She also advocates for children in foster care as a Guardian ad Litem and volunteers as a youth events leader at Elevation Church, where she helps create meaningful experiences for young people.
In her free time, Ricketa enjoys running, volunteering, and spending time with her Cockapoo, Honcho Abraham "Chocho." She’s passionate about building connections and driving positive change throughout Charlotte.
Audrey Brewer

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Audrey is a Charlotte-area native with a passion for leaving the humans around her better than she found them. She graduated with a degree in International Studies and German (double-major) from UNC Charlotte, where she was also a sister of Sigma Kappa Sorority.
She now uses that degree in her role as the North American Marketing Manager for a German recycling machinery manufacturer.
Through her roles with her employer and with Flo Charlotte, Audrey realized she enjoys working with college-aged students. She serves as an advisor for the Sigma Kappa chapter at Coastal Carolina University, advising the positions of VP of New Member Experience, VP of Philanthropy and Service, and VP of Values and Standards.
If she's not working or running errands for Flo Charlotte, you can find her chicken-tending, gardening, painting at her studio in Mount Holly, and/or playing ukulele.
Elizabeth Ouzts
ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Elizabeth is a native South Carolinian who moved "up north" to Charlotte in 1998. A graduate of Furman University, she is a Lead Business Analyst for a financial institution.
Passionate about making a difference in the world, Elizabeth volunteers for Moms Demand Action and other grass roots organizations. She loves reading, photography, and spending time with her wonderful husband Jason and amazing daughter, Madeline.
